Cependant, il existe une question de sécurité majeure concernant la porte latérale qui nécessite des réparations. Elle est accessible à n'importe qui qui se promène dans la rue 24 heures sur 24 et constitue une préoccupation majeure pour les locataires. De plus, il y a un chien au rez-de-chaussée qui geint constamment - parfois pendant plus de 3 heures d'affilée - et les propriétaires, qui sont absents pendant la journée, ne font rien pour y remédier. À part cela, je suis satisfait de mon appartement et félicite les personnes qui s'occupent des bâtiments pour faire de leur mieux.

The 2 people who manage & look after the buildings{8} are excellent & do their jobs as best they can. However, there is a major SAFETY issue with the side door needing repairs. It is accessible to anyone walking off the street 24 hours a day & a major concern for the tenants. Also, there is a dog on the main floor who constantly barks -sometimes for more than 3 hrs. straight & the owners who are away during the day do nothing about it. Other than that, I'm happy with my apt. & congratulate the people who look after the buildings as best they can.

The building is in a beautiful location and on a quiet street. I love how close it is to my workplace and adore the child-friendly residential neighbourhood. The management is great about responding to emergencies and non-emergency requests. The apartments facing south are absolute aces in winter and the ones facing north have lovely view of northern lights so it is a win-win! Very affordable and livable. Lucky to be here 🙂

My sister and I were in a bad situation and needed to find a place within 6 days. We submitted our application and the next day they got back to us at 2pm saying we were accepted. Rebecca (In Fort St.John) was so friendly and answered all our questions. Derek (In Dawson Creek) was also so welcoming and laid back. The apartments are nice and clean and the layouts are great. Everyone seemed very quiet. Bonus: You're allowed small pets. Can't wait to move in, we're excited.

I’ve lived at a Weidner property for almost two years now. Although the building itself isn’t perfect, Holly & Derek have made living here an amazing experience! Any “issues” that have ever come up have always been dealt with so quickly and painlessly thanks to how friendly and helpful Holly & Derek are. 1000/10 staff choice, those two make it so nice to come home! If my dog could type I’m sure he’d give them all the stars for always being so nice to him as well 🙂
