Called because we got locked out of our van. My wife kept trying to get in the van while we waited. 20 minutes later she got in as the guy showed up. (We were only a 5min drive from windy lane).

I immediately apologized and I was met with the man getting angry at me and complaining about taking the hit because they have to pay for the service call and if it ever happens again there is other places to call. Extremely rude individual.

I picked up an MPI write-off from their compound. Even though it was their lunch hour when I arrived, the receptionist informed me she would be there to help me out when I called earlier in the day. The lot was organized and had lots of room to load my truck. One of the workers stopped by to make sure everything was going okay after he had returned from lunch. Staff are friendly and professional. Nice offices and building.

Had one on my arse in a construction zone(northbound highway 75 in a 80km), evidently in a hurry as the driver as I kept seeing the driver clearly in my mirror as they wanted to make sure I knew they were there. I'll give credit, truck is nice and clean as it hurried past me as soon as we were out of the construction zone. I get you need to be somewhere, but when you catch up to me in a construction zone........

Friday 9:40 am Oct 24 2014, was cut off by yellow freightliner flatbed tow truck with windy lanes logo. When I passed him I shrugged my shoulders about the incident, the driver then stopped in the merge lane turning north while I was stopped to turn to Boundary Trails Health Center and blew his air horn. When I rolled down my window he went into a tirade and told to f-off and gave me the finger. I realize the semi may have forced his swerve into my lane but his response was very inappropriate.
