Winnipeg Supply Service Experts replaced both, our furnace as well as our a/c. The technician team arrived on time, covered everything proper, replaced the units (Furnace and A/C manufacturer Carrier), test run the units, cleaned up and explained the new furnace and a/c in a professional way!
The entire job was done within 5 hours! Everything is working as it is supposed to be!

The installation seemed perfect. However, when it came to the thermostat, even though he said it was user friendly I am having trouble having it stay at the level I want it. I had trouble finding setting as they are hidden till I press the mode buttons. The instructions the thermostat came with are useless. There are temporary hold and permanent holds. After finding the permanent hold, I thought it was fixed. However, I woke up cold in the middle of the night to find the temperature had gone down again. It seems every time I have to change something or go to the air conditioner the permanent hold on the heat is removed. I absolutely do not want the factory settings. The factory settings assume I am not home during the day and at night it can go down to 62. That is unacceptable. When I called about the problem, they did not want to answer my question, instead they wanted to send someone over and charge a service call. They came promptly and recognized the problem right away and fixed the problem. It no longer does the above as the factory setting is turned off.

Matthew Bell and the team were amazing. The company responded really quickly when my old water heater broke, and they had someone out right away. The install was fast, professional, and done right. Everyone was very friendly, explained everything, and left the place clean. I’d definitely recommend them
