Had an issue while driving to Canmore from Edmonton to the weekend. Called Wolfe on Friday morning and they originally booked me in for Monday morning which was all a person could expect. Moments after hanging up I received a call that they had a cancellation for that day. We dropped off the truck at noon and left instructions to do whatever was needed. They communicated with me about what they wanted to do regardless of my blank check so to speak.
The truck was diagnosed and repaired that day. We had a great day skiing the following day and the truck drove perfectly. Excellent job by the team at Wolfe!

We recently took our SUV in for servicing and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly Service Advisor Gracie who made us feel right at home. She took the time to explain every detail of the service ensuring we felt informed and confident. She even recommended places we could go eat for breakfast that were nearby. Much appreciated! After, she provided a detailed report of the work done.

Service was done well and in a timely manor. The way they did it not so well, they drew on my brand new truck in sharpie on the rail cap, and in a certain area it looks like they rubber it with rough cloth and gave it mild scratches. Happy with what they did, disappointed in the procedure. Plus I waited a month between when I ordered what I wanted to get done, and when I booked the appointment, no follow up on when the part arrived.
