It's a good little store. Wish they had wood screws by the pound and not the container. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Oh and no customer bathroom but the gentleman said I could still use it if I had to.

The other day in your store while I was getting some items I needed I suddenly needed to use the restroom, I went to the customer service and asked where the restroom was located, the guy at the desk rudely replied to me there are no public restrooms, I asked not even to customers? Reply was No and what did I think that is a restaurant!. By then I was having pain in my abdomen. This guy ( dark hair) was just a jerk and rude. I had to go to the gas station and all most didn't make it. I will never again set foot in your store again. I will go to Boyts where I know they have good customer service , clean restrooms and all the items I need. Having rude customer service is no way to run a business.

I have been in this place 3 times. The customer service is next to none. Pretty much have to beg for help. The ladies can barely smile. Witnessed them being super rude to an older gentlemen. They have lots of stuff but I avoid the place to due to lack of service.I prefer dealing with Hines Creek Hardware store as I find the customer service exceptional! Hopefully by doing this review it will help them step it up a notch in Fairview.

Prices are on the high side a lot and with prices going up its getting worse not to many employees are upbeat and you halfto tell them what products come with what our they'll try and charge you extra
