Woodvale was such a great place to host my pre wedding event. We used the full hall, they had great drinks and food. There was some issues with set up as we asked for the same layout as my sisters events but somethings were not correct. No big deal, thankfully we ended up coming early so they accommodated any changes. The facility is nice and clean even the bathrooms and staff are friendly. Chef Mann, my friends and family have nothing but awesome things to say about the quality of food. Thank you! The only con for dinner service was the missed perogies, but we did not fret, once we informed Chef Mann he had that ready for us in a timely manner. Tasty stuff! Thank you! Bobbi-Jo/Margaret thank you for having us, as always you met our expectations with my sisters wedding and now mine! You always respond in such a timely manner and are very helpful with reminders and updates. Thanks for everything we will certainly refer you and consider your venue for any future events.

We recently had our wedding reception at Woodvale and they were amazing. Our communication with Bobbi Jo and Cindy was clear and prompt. The food was fantastic. The lighting and space was great, and they have enough of the setup done so that to personalize the space for us was fairly simple. The overhead mic system for our MC's and speeches was splendid, and the entire room could hear well. It's also a great location for pictures! We did have one hiccup during the rehearsal with the tables being set up incorrectly and a second riser for the head table forgotten, but we were able to find staff to help resolve this quickly and everything was perfect for our day. Overall we are thrilled with the role Woodvale played in making our day happen.

There are several rooms available for rent. We just attended a wedding and the staff were great and the food was really tasty. The chef prepared a separate gluten free meal for my wife. Same meal as the guests, just made sure it was gluten free.

A cold beer and wings. With a very pleasant and beautiful waitress.
Sat at the window overlooking the practice putting green.

We had our wedding at Woodvale and we were very happy about every detail. The guests kept talking about Chef Mann's amazing food and Sandra paid attention to every detail. Thank you to the entire team. Everything was perfect right down to the end. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Thank you!!!
