Je suis venue pour la première fois , le personnel était accueillant surtout Mark , la salle est assez grande mais je trouve que pour travailler le bas du corps il manque de machines

Mark is amazing, very understanding and accommodating. I will certainly miss this gym, the staff is great, close to the 401, for those who need to travel after a workout. I love this gym, the people who workout here are also amazing. I have been coming here for over a decade. Try it I know you will love it too.

(Based on 8 Months of Membership) Overall decent gym with good atmosphere. I would rate it 5 star if the following is improved on:

1. If you have to cancel or put a pause for a legit reason like an injury , travelling etc. You won’t be met with accommodation / great customer service … it’s their way or the highway. Being more customer centric will definitely help boost reputation and rating.
2. Some equipment need maintenance and if something is broken it doesn’t get fixed right away. You could be waiting months.
3. Washroom, Showers , Lockers etc. - They need better maintenance and cleaning , There is no Kleenex in the washrooms , have asked repeatedly to stock and no action taken. Have to go into dirty not maintained washrooms to get toilet paper to use as a Kleenex. The steam room is a big plus though and probably a big reason i haven’t cancelled my membership.
4. Not everyone returns weights to the rack or clean machines for proper etiquette ..can’t do much for that , just be the change you want to see so don’t go tit for tat. I Return and clean even if the machine I used had weights already on there. Set an example for others to follow.

⭐ 1 Star- Misleading Contract and Zero Flexibility

Wynn Fitness feels like a scam. I was unknowingly locked into a 1 year contract with no way to cancel, which was never explained verbally , just buried in the fine print.

My new job requires me to travel out of Toronto for 3 to 4 months at a time. I offered to show proof of my new job and hotel stays, but they still refuse to cancel unless I provide proof of a new permanent address which I can’t, because I’m not relocating, just away for work and training.

There’s no flexibility, no empathy, and no proper communication.
Avoid Wynn if you don’t want to get trapped in a rigid, one sided contract.

came to Wynn for the first time today. Manager and staff were all very friendly. Though the dumbbell selection was limited for myself as it only went up to 90, this won’t be a problem for most. Very clean and spacious gym. would definitely recommend getting a membership here!! Definitely have a chat with Mark about signing up !

I just started coming to this gym and I’m really impressed by all the nice equipment and facilities. The pictures online don’t do this place justice. It’s very clean and well maintained. Sam, one of the managers is also super friendly and explained everything to me very carefully. I really appreciate his energy and understanding of my situation. I really recommend this gym. Sam will make you feel right at home and welcomed.

I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and always available to help or offer guidance. The equipment is clean, and decently well-maintained. Usually not a long wait for machines, even during peak hours. Mark was also super helpful and welcoming when setting up my membership. Go see him if you ever need help with anything.

Wynn Fitness in Toronto is a fantastic gym — super clean, spacious, and equipped with a wide variety of machines for every workout style. The steam room is a great bonus for recovery post workout. And if you’re serious about results and a nice and smooth gym membership sign up, you have to train with Mark — he’s the best personal trainer, extremely approachable, Professional, motivating, and truly dedicated to helping you reach your goals! Overall Wynn is a great place to train, and Mark is a great person to go to for membership or training needs!
