What a wonderful experience I've had for the past year and a half. I just received my RCYT through Donna and Yoga in My School. Donna always gave helpful feedback and took time to walk me through the program. I am proud to say I now teach a yoga class as part of our Middle School's regular day as well as an after school program. I recently completed the RCYT training with Donna. The training exceeded my expectations and transformed my teaching with students in Junior and Senior High. Donna offers a wealth of experience and knowledge and has designed a course which created the opportunity for me to learn from a diverse group of teachers who are experts in their field. As a special education teacher, the highlight for me was the special education component. With the practical skills I have acquired, my students are loving coming to yoga class and are gaining physical skills, but also social, emotional, and communication skills. This course has prepared me to offer classes which are fun, recognize the developmental age and stage of the child and adapt to the setting and the abilities of the children.
