Love being able to see the trees and mountains while I’m on the mat 🙂

It’s a bright and airy studio with fantastic light. It really heats up for the warm classes — too much for my liking, but I also just prefer a normal temperature for practice.

Would be great to have some of the power classes without the added heat!

Otherwise, I’ve really enjoyed the studio and the reception is very friendly and welcoming.

There’s something steady about the space. The studio reflects the natural calm of its surroundings, warm, open, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in.

This location has deep roots, and its original founders remain actively involved today, lending to the shape of the studio’s energy.

The staff and management are kind, and the community feels close knit and welcoming. Teachers bring depth and presence to their classes, often weaving in breathwork, stillness, or thoughtful themes alongside movement. There’s a balance of strength and softness across the schedule, with offerings for every level and intention.

The infrared sauna, showers, and tea lounge are thoughtful additions that round out the experience and invite you to linger a little longer.

Whether you’re a local or just visiting the North Shore, it’s a beautiful space to land, move, and reconnect. Would recommend for anyone looking to feel grounded and held.

Such a beautiful and grounding space! The community is so vibrant and friendly, the variety of classes allows for so much self exploration, and the front desk team is always so kind! I love bringing folks from out of town here for a class - they always leave in pure bliss ✨

Was denied entry into a class upon arrival because there was no space. Booked class through Classpass. When you book a class through Classpass (they are great btw) and do not show up they charge you a no show fee. I asked the guy at the front if he can at least say that we attended so that we don’t get charged a no show fee. He said no. Not offer a solution, not reschedule us for the next class. Nothing. Imagine paying for a class, them not letting you in and then them telling Classpass that you did not attend so Classpass charge you a no show fee. Please do not go here as it is not acceptable for a business to treat customers like that. I am an owner of a client facing organization myself and can tell you that they won’t stay in business for long with this kind of attitude. Avoid at any cost!

Brooklyn's Yin class was the best I've ever been to! Loved the music, and the vibe. I especially appreciated how she ensured we felt no pressure to follow her poses, as they were only suggestions. Another plus for the use of the dowels as a massage tool. Highly recommend and no other yin class can compare.

Yyoga northshore elements is my favorite place to practice. The views of the mountains, ease of parking and overall experience leave nothing wanting. I am a particular fan of hot classes with Tamara and Aaliya.

I used to have a monthly membership at this studio when it first opened, and it was an incredible experience. The former owners hosted some of the best classes I’ve ever attended. After moving away, I’ve only visited a few times over the years. I recently attended a class with my husband, and we paid over $60 for the session. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations.

The class started with the instructor playing short segments of brown noise that kept cutting out and switching to different clips of brown noise. It felt disjointed and distracting rather than calming, and we spent about 15 minutes lying there with little guidance. It didn’t feel like other Yin meditative classes.

Once the class began, it felt overly crowded, making it difficult to move without bumping into others. The instructor’s cues were confusing, and despite practicing yoga for 15 years, I often felt unsure of what I was supposed to be doing. Some sequences, like repeatedly flipping between back and stomach, felt awkward and were painful—something I’ve never experienced in a yoga class before.

Overall, the experience was underwhelming and didn’t justify the high cost. I was hoping to reconnect with the wonderful experience I once had, but sadly, it fell short of expectations.

I’ll add a star for the facility and sauna, which are clean and nice but the class was awful.

I had a great experience at this yoga studio! It was clean, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The only downside was that it felt a bit crowded, but overall, it was a positive and enjoyable visit.
